welcome to our new blog – this blog is to document our journey of how we learn to live on an island, adjusting from city life to not only rural life but life on a fairly remote island.
we are going to the isle of Lewis in the western isles, Scotland. Not sure where this journey will take us – we currently have no work or nowhere to live.
so planning to find a safe spot and live in the van – which is actually something i have always wanted to do – as well as live on a Scottish island – and see what happens.
